Chargeback Gurus needed a platform to aggregate alerts from multiple chargeback prevention networks, automate dispute workflows, and provide merchants with real-time protection against unauthorized chargebacks — all while integrating with multiple payment gateway and alert provider APIs.
Our Approach
Daiviksoft built a dispute prevention platform integrating multiple chargeback alert and defense APIs — Ethoca Alerts, Verifi CDRN (Chargeback Defense & Resolution Network), and NexxGate Gateway. BPMN-based workflow automation routes alerts through evidence submission, dispute documentation, and resolution pipelines. The system aggregates data from multiple payment networks to give merchants a unified view of chargeback threats and prevention actions.
