The Challenge
InSite needed a modern, web-based platform to manage building rentals, tenant accounting, and administrative operations. Their existing workflows were fragmented across spreadsheets and legacy tools, making it difficult to track leases, generate financial reports, and provide tenants with self-service capabilities.
Our Approach
Daiviksoft built a full-stack property management platform with four core modules: an admin panel for property managers, an API server handling business logic, an accounting management system (AMS) for financial operations, and a service layer for tenant-facing features. The system provides end-to-end management of building rentals — from lease creation and rent tracking to accounting reports and tenant communications.
