Mason HR needed a comprehensive HR management platform that worked seamlessly across web and mobile. HR administrators required a robust backend for managing employee records, payroll, and compliance, while employees needed a mobile-friendly app for time tracking, leave requests, and accessing HR documents on the go.
Our Approach
Daiviksoft built a two-part HR platform: a Java Spring Boot API backend for core HR operations and a React Native mobile app for employee self-service. The API handles employee lifecycle management, and the mobile app provides an intuitive interface for day-to-day HR interactions.
