Undu AI needed a comprehensive multi-application platform to connect suppliers (hotels, service providers) with travelers and travel agencies. The platform required separate interfaces for suppliers, travelers, and administrators, with AI capabilities for smart matching and audio processing. Supporting multiple languages and mobile-first experiences were essential for the target market.
Our Approach
Daiviksoft built a multi-application ecosystem with six interconnected components: a supplier web dashboard (Next.js 16), a supplier mobile app, a traveler mobile app, an admin web panel, a NestJS Backend-For-Frontend (BFF) layer, and a Python-based AI proof-of-concept using OpenAI Whisper for audio processing. The platform supports internationalization (i18n) with `next-intl`, dark mode, and comprehensive authentication flows including email and mobile OTP.
